Are my CAD drawings and intellectual property (IP) protected?

Yes. We sign strict mutual or unilateral NDAs before reviewing any files. AltusPrecision maintains full internal segregation for patented projects and core processes.

How do you charge for custom CNC prototypes?

Prototype fees are based on actual machining hours and material costs. Once you place a volume production order, the initial sample fee can be fully credited toward your first batch payment.

What are the payment terms for international OEM orders?

We support T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms for new clients are a 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Established long-term partners may apply for flexible monthly settlement.

What international shipping terms (Incoterms) do you provide?

Standard quotations are FOB Shenzhen / Dongguan. We also execute EXW, CIF, and DDP terms with door-to-door clearance services tailored for seamless global export.

What quality documentation and after-sales support do you offer?

All shipments include full-dimensional FAI reports and material test certificates (MTR). We provide a 12-month standard warranty; any non-client-caused defects will be reworked or replaced free of charge.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for precision machining?

We have no strict MOQ. We support agile prototyping starting from 1 piece. To optimize your setup costs, we recommend batch sizes of ≥ 50 pieces for mass production.
