Designed for industrial high-power fiber and solid-state lasers, this custom liquid cold plate is precision CNC machined from Oxygen-Free High Thermal Conductivity (OFHC) Copper. Featuring micro-channel cooling structures, it provides ultra-efficient thermal dissipation to prevent laser diode degradation.
